About

I’m Thomas Williams and Gnospire is my vision to unify instruction, art, and technology to redefine and elevate the human experience.

My professional background is rooted in eLearning and Instructional Design. Some of my interests include physical fitness, music production, and online gaming. I’ve since transitioned to military service after enlisting in the United States Air Force.

I see a future that converges my experiences on this continued path in Learning and Development. Gnospire will be the culmination of that vision and I look forward to the connections I will make on this journey.

Testimonials

Dr. Luke Hobson, Assistant Director of Instructional Design at MIT

From the moment Thomas enrolled in the Instructional Design Institute, it was clear he was committed to going above and beyond in learning everything he could about designing effective learning experiences.

His passion, dedication, and sharp attention to detail stood out throughout the course, making him one of the most promising students I’ve had the pleasure of teaching. Thomas consistently showed a strong drive not only to understand the foundational principles, but also to apply them in creative and practical ways. His ability to grasp complex concepts and turn them into impactful learning strategies is truly impressive. With his talent and commitment, I have no doubt Thomas will make a meaningful impact in the field of instructional design.

Dr. Carol Redfield, Chair and Computer Science Professor at St. Mary’s University

We have worked together on a project to create curriculum for middle school students to create educational games for elementary kids.

Thomas has taken much initiative in creating what is needed for the project. His unique background connected to multiple levels of education has positioned him to make amazing content for the teachers and students. He brings a high level of creativity and applicability that result in very engaging lessons.

Tony Gallegos, Manpower and Contingency Planner at Texas A&M University – San Antonio

The creation of interactive modules for training and development laid the foundation for the mission of the Connected Beyond the Classroom (CBTC) project.

Scenario based topics that included realistic exercises and injects proved instrumental in the preparation and sustaining of readiness for the entire team. Thomas has enhanced training on multiple levels and for high visibility directorates within the Texas A&M University San Antonio areas of responsibility and has even expanded his reach beyond the higher education echelons. He has been responsible for the complete overhaul and lifecycle of instruction, training, and other knowledge management elements; from the design of courses to their content managment. His oversight of the evaluation and coordination with Subject Matter Experts has boosted the success of various organizations and fortified his credibility as one of the top in his respective field.
